Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the financehealthreport.com website and app (the "Service") operated by Finance Health Report, a brand of BLD Business Ventures ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Service
The Service is a client-side financial planning app: a Financial Health Score and a set of planning tools (cash flow, debt payoff, investment allocation, retirement projections, emergency fund & insurance, net worth tracker, financial goals, financial comparisons, sensitivity analysis, financial screener, FIRE calculator, and tax savings), sold as one-time digital purchases. Core ($59.95) includes the Financial Health Score, the five scored category analyses, the action items, the 90-day action plan, and the downloadable PDF report. Bundle ($79.95) adds the seven remaining tools; the same upgrade is available separately to Core owners as a $29.95 add-on. Access is granted immediately by verifying the Order ID from your Stripe purchase confirmation. There is no separate delivery step.
Purchases Are Final
Because the Service is a digital product that grants full, unrestricted access to the purchased tier immediately upon verifying your Order ID, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except as described below or where required by applicable law. If you believe a purchase failed to grant access it should have, contact us via the contact form before assuming a refund is owed. Most access issues are resolved by re-verifying the Order ID.
Limited Refund Exception
We will consider a refund if the app is genuinely inoperable (for example, it fails to load or a purchased module never unlocks after a valid Order ID is verified) or a scored calculation is demonstrably wrong due to a defect in the Service itself, rather than the inputs you provided. Contact us via the contact form and describe the issue in enough detail for us to understand it.
Because the app runs entirely on your own device with no server-side logging of your session, we have no way to independently verify a claim like this. Refund requests under this exception are reviewed and granted at our sole discretion based on the information you provide; they are not automatic, and we may decline a request we cannot substantiate.
Annual Renewal
Owners of the FIRE/Tax module may optionally renew updated tax-year figures for $19.95/yr. This renewal is entirely optional and does not gate access to any previously purchased feature; declining it never revokes anything you already own.
No Account Required
The Service does not use accounts or passwords. Access is granted by verifying the Order ID from your purchase confirmation email. You are responsible for keeping that email and Order ID accessible; we have no way to look up or reissue an Order ID on your behalf beyond what Stripe's own receipt records show.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and remain the exclusive property of Finance Health Report and its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the Service. Your own report output (the numbers and plans generated from data you entered) is yours to use, save, or share as you see fit.
Links to Other Websites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (including Stripe's checkout pages) that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
Termination
We may decline to fulfill an order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud), in which case we will not charge you or will refund the charge in full. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Finance Health Report and its founder, employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from a) your use of the Service, b) your reliance on the Service's output as financial, investment, tax, or legal advice despite these Terms and our Disclaimer stating it is not, or c) a breach of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finance Health Report, its founder, and any affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses) resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service, or any financial decision made based on its output, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.
No Financial, Investment, Tax, or Legal Advice
The Service is an educational planning tool. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and using it does not create an advisory or fiduciary relationship of any kind between you and us. We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial planner, CPA, tax preparer, or attorney, and we do not provide personalized recommendations. See our full Disclaimer for detail.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, that its calculations are free of errors, or that using it will meet your requirements.
Exclusions
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the limitations above may not apply to you.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after a material change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
