About

A financial planning tool that doesn't want your data

Built because "free" financial apps almost always mean your bank credentials and spending history are the product being sold.

Finance Health Report exists because most personal finance tools ask you to link your bank account before they'll tell you anything useful. That model works fine for the companies selling aggregated financial data, and it's a worse deal for the person who just wants an honest read on their debt payoff order, retirement gap, and emergency fund coverage.

This tool takes the opposite approach: you type in your own numbers, everything runs as deterministic calculations in your browser, and nothing you enter is ever transmitted anywhere. No bank-linking, no account, no subscription. You pay once, get your Financial Health Score and a full set of planning tools, and the app keeps working offline indefinitely.

How this actually works

There's no AI model guessing at your finances and no advisor on the other end. The engine behind your Financial Health Score is a set of documented formulas (the same math a fee-only planner would use for debt avalanche/snowball ordering, retirement nest-egg projections, and emergency-fund coverage), applied to exactly the numbers you provide. See the sample report for what that output actually looks like.

Because the calculations happen entirely client-side, there's no server that could be breached to expose your financial picture, and no incentive to build a business model around your data, because we never have it. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what that means in practice, and our Terms & Conditions for the full picture of how the Service works.

What this isn't

Finance Health Report is an educational planning tool, not a financial advisor, CPA, or attorney, and using it doesn't create an advisory relationship. It's built for people who want a clear, private starting point before or alongside talking to a licensed professional, not as a replacement for one. See our Disclaimer for the full detail on what the Financial Health Score can and can't tell you.
